Privacy policy

Effective October 20, 2026

IndoorPlayMap is a directory for parents. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

What we collect

Form submissions. When you use the listing or contact form we store what you type (name, email, venue details, message) plus the submission time and your country as reported by our host, so we can reply and verify listings.
Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
Location. The "Use my location" button runs in your browser only. Your coordinates are not sent to us.

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies at launch. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Venue maps load from Google Maps only when you press "Show map". Google's privacy policy then applies to that map.

We keep form submissions as long as needed to handle the request and manage listings. Email hello@indoorplaymap.com to access or delete your data.
